Solstice in the Saddle
A Sacred Mountain Retreat for Women
6 days | 5 nights
Guffey, CO
June 18th - 23rd, 2026
A Pause...
A Return to What Is Real
A pause in a world that never stops moving.
Discovering sanctuary in the mountains where the land, the horses, and your own breath guide you home.
An Invitation...
In a world that asks you to be constantly available, productive, and connected, it is easy to forget what it feels like to simply be. To listen to your body. To feel the ground beneath your feet. To remember that you, too, are part of nature.
This retreat is an invitation to step out of the buzzing pace of everyday life and into the deep quiet of the mountains where ancient peaks hold steady, valleys breathe slowly, and time seems to soften.
Here, in a remote mountain sanctuary, you are welcomed into spaciousness.
To wander, to breathe, to enjoy and be in joy. Where you can feel held by the land.
You will be guided by the inspiring medicine of horses, beings who live in presence, honesty, and connection. You will soak in healing hot springs beneath open skies. Walk through valleys where silence feels alive. Gather with other women around evening fires. Feel your nervous system unwind as your body remembers what safety and simplicity feel like.
Most of all, you will be given a rare and precious gift: time.
Time to pause, to choose yourself, to step into adventure and to move gently beyond what feels familiar.
If you are longing for nature, depth, beauty, and meaningful connection… If you feel called by mountains, horses, water, and wide open skies… If something in you is ready for both comfort and courage… You are welcome here.
The Intention
This retreat is a celebration of light, presence, and sisterhood, an invitation to gather beneath the wide Colorado sky and remember what it feels like to be fully alive in your body and spirit.
At the summer solstice, the sun reaches its peak, offering warmth, clarity, and vitality. In the mountains, we honor this moment by slowing down enough to receive it, to feel the earth beneath your feet, the sun on your skin, and the quiet strength of the land holding you.
The intention is not to fix or change you, but to create a sanctuary where you feel safe to soften, open, and be exactly who you are.
Through time in nature, meaningful connection, movement, meditation, and the medicine of horses, you are invited into a rhythm that balances grounding and freedom, reflection and play, depth and lightness. The horses serve as teachers of authenticity and presence, reminding you how to trust yourself and move in alignment with your truth.
This is a space to honor what is alive in your heart, reflect with gratitude, and allow the light of the season to illuminate your path forward.
Above all, this retreat is an invitation to step into the fullness of yourself – rooted in the earth, lifted by the sun, and supported by sisterhood!
Imagine...
Imagine waking to mountain stillness, sunlight pouring across the valley, and the quiet presence of horses grazing nearby.
Mornings begin slowly with meditation, gentle movement, or a cup of coffee enjoyed in silence as the land wakes around you. Some days lead you into the saddle for expansive trail rides through mountain terrain. Other moments invite you into sacred connection with the herd, observing, listening, and allowing the horses to mirror what’s ready to be seen.
Afternoons might carry you to Paradise Cove for a scenic hike and picnic, followed by a refreshing plunge into glacial waters. Or they may be spent soaking at Mount Princeton Hot Springs, letting mineral-rich waters soften your body and quiet your mind.
Evenings gather us around the fire sharing stories, laughter, music, and spontaneous movement beneath wide, star-filled skies. There is space for joy and depth, conversation and silence, togetherness and solitude.
Each day holds a gentle rhythm, guided, yet unhurried, allowing you to feel grounded, inspired, and free.
