A Day of Relief Retreat

A Day to Put It All Down in Nature

@ My Lil Homestead in Sugar Grove home of the Bliss Bell Tent

A one-day retreat for women who are tired of holding everything together alone.

If you’re used to being the strong one…
the reliable one…
the one others lean on…this space is for you.

Not because something is wrong, but because you’ve been holding a lot for a long time.

This day is an invitation to step out of over-functioning and into something more supported, more spacious, and more embodied.

For women who have done the inner work, who understand the language of healing, and yet still feel the weight of it in their body, this is a space where you don’t have to keep holding it all together.

On May 17, we’ll gather in nature for a day designed to help you soften, reconnect, and receive.

You don’t need to figure anything out here.
You don’t need to push through.
You don’t need to carry it alone.

This gathering is intentionally limited to 12 women.

What This Day Is

This is a slow, intentional day retreat held in nature – created for women who are ready to pause, breathe, and come back into themselves in a deeper way.

It’s a space to gently unwind the pressure of always being “on,” to reconnect with your body, and to experience what it feels like to be supported – not just intellectually, but in a real, embodied way.

Held at Aviana Yoga with Jamie Kruse and Holly Johnson, this experience blends grounded therapeutic guidance with somatic and nature-based practices.

Rather than adding more to you, this day is about creating space, space for your nervous system to settle, for your body to soften, and for what hasn’t fully landed yet to begin to integrate.

It’s not about pushing, fixing, or figuring everything out.

It’s about slowing down enough to feel what’s already there, and allowing that to shift.

Who This Is For

This retreat may be for you if:

  • You are used to being the one others rely on
  • You hold a lot and keep going, even when you feel overwhelmed underneath
  • You have done therapy, healing work, or personal growth work, but still feel the weight in your body
  • You are tired of carrying so much alone
  • You are craving a grounded, supportive space to slow down and reconnect

What You’ll Experience

Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through a blend of:

  • An opening circle to ground, arrive, and settle into the space
  • A gentle opening ritual to clear and begin the day with intention
  • Grounded teaching and reflection
  • Small-group embodied practice, including aerial yoga and mat / grounding work
  • Breathwork, drumming, and sound healing
  • Time in nature to walk, reflect, rest, and reconnect
  • A healthy lunch, tea, and spacious time to simply be
  • A closing circle to integrate and complete the day

This day is meant to feel both held and simple – not overpacked, not performative, and not one more thing to get right.

What You’ll Leave With

You’ll leave with:

  • A felt sense of calm and grounding
  • More connection to yourself and your body
  • Support that feels real, not abstract
  • Tools you can actually use in real moments
  • A clearer sense of what it feels like to soften the pressure instead of just push through it

Most of all, the intention is that you leave feeling lighter, more supported, and less alone in what you’ve been carrying.
