Children’s Aerial Yoga
4-week series for $128.00
Wednesdays February 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th at 4:30 pm with Aviana Yoga @ Torus Center for Integrative Healing in Batavia
This enchanting class series is an opportunity for your little one(s) to connect with others in mindful movements with the colorful fabrics! We begin in a circle where each child introduces themselves before stepping onto their mat and into their cocoon where they will be guided through a safe aerial yoga practice incorporating stretching, imagination, and some upside-down fun!
The class will conclude with a story read to them while they relax or wiggle in their personal floating getaway. This class invites confidence, community, relaxation and a whole lot of mindfulness! Please wear tops that cover your armpits (no tank tops) and bottoms that cover to at least your knees. This class is for children ages 6 – 11.
Classes run every week on Wednesdays at 4:30 pm for 4-weeks in February. There are no make-ups available if your child has to miss a class and there are only 6 spots available for this session.
