Martin Luther King Jr. Day – Monday January 19th @ 9:30 am 

Location: Torus Center for Integrative Healing in Batavia

Ages 6–11 | 2.5 Hours | Limited to 6 Participants

School’s out and instead of screens and boredom, give your child a joyful, confidence-building day of movement, creativity, and mindful play.

Our Aerial Yoga Mini-Camp is a warm, cozy, and playful 2.5-hour drop-off experience designed to help children move their bodies, spark their imaginations, and learn calming tools for emotional regulation – all in a safe, welcoming studio environment.

Led by a nurturing and experienced instructor, the camp includes:

Aerial Yoga Adventure
Children will explore joyful movement in colorful aerial hammocks, learning fun poses that build strength, balance, coordination, and confidence. Through games and creative sequencing, they’ll experience exercise as play.

Hammock Storytime & Guided Relaxation
After movement, children will settle into a soothing hammock rest. Cocooned and supported, they’ll enjoy an imaginative story infused with themes of kindness, courage, and self-awareness—followed by gentle relaxation to help integrate the experience.

Snack Break
A calm pause to refuel and connect. Children are invited to bring a healthy snack; otherwise, trail mix and sliced apples will be available. Please notify us of any food allergies in advance.

Mindfulness Craft & Breathwork
Children will create a seasonally inspired craft while learning simple breathwork and mindfulness practices they can use anytime they feel big emotions, need focus, or want to calm their bodies.

While They’re Having Fun…
This is a fully drop-off program. Enjoy a few hours to rest, work, or run errands knowing your child is safely supported, engaged, and cared for.

Important Info:

• What to Wear: Tops must cover armpits; bottoms should extend to at least the knees
• What to Bring: Covered water bottle and snack
• Skin Care Note: Please arrive with clean, dry skin—no fresh paint, ink, or unabsorbed lotion to protect the hammocks
• Age Group: 6–11 years
• Capacity: Limited to 6 children for safety and personalized attention
