Unwind from your day while relaxing in the aerial yoga hammock hovering just several inches from the ground.  While feeling held in a comforting embrace from the hammock, an eye pillow will be placed on your eyes and you will receive an aromatherapy pad on your heart to help you drop into a place of floating blissfully.  A guided meditation and gentle healing touch on your lower legs and feet will help you drop into a place where your worries and stress just melt away.  Then you will be enveloped in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, ocean drum and chimes as your body relaxes, your mind becomes clear, and your heart feels nurtured.  You will leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to head home for a deep sleep in order to greet the next day refreshed and full of fresh energy!
