As you settle into a deeply supportive restorative yoga pose, you’ll be surrounded by the melody of birdsong, the gentle crackle of the woodstove, and the quiet whispers of nature. From this serene space, you’ll be guided through a full-body relaxation and meditative journey, enhanced with aromatherapy, Reiki, and sound healing.
This nurturing session is designed to quiet the mind, melt away stress, and create space for your nervous system to reset and recalibrate, restoring you to a state of deep peace and harmony. Reiki, a gentle yet powerful form of energetic healing, encourages balance and helps you reconnect with your most authentic self.
Each participant will experience personalized aromatherapy, a Reiki re-charge, and a soothing sound healing journey, all while being cocooned in the magic of nature making it the perfect sanctuary for rest, renewal, and inner connection.
