Goddess Glow & Flow Aerial Yoga
Sunday November 16th @ 1 pm
Location: Essencia Vitalis in Wheaton, Illinois
Step into a sacred space of sisterhood and empowerment as we awaken the radiance of the Divine Feminine. We’ll begin in circle, anointing ourselves with essential oils, pulling oracle cards from a goddess deck, and sharing the wisdom of mythical goddesses whose stories continue to inspire strength, resilience, and grace.
From there, we’ll carry this energy into the hammock for a goddess-infused aerial yoga practice. Through intentional movement and playful embodiment, we’ll channel the archetypal power of these goddesses, inviting their presence to guide us in facing our own challenges and embracing our growth.
This workshop is a celebration of feminine wisdom, connection, and self-discovery, a chance to glow from the inside out as you embody the goddess within.
