Celebrate the beauty of motherhood in a truly magical way – suspended in nature, wrapped in connection, and rooted in love.

Join us for a heartwarming Mommy & Me Aerial Yoga Workshop held outdoors in the enchanting energy of Bliss Woods. This intimate experience is thoughtfully curated to deepen the bond between you and your little one through playful movement, shared presence, and meaningful connection.

Together, you’ll be guided through a gentle and joyful partner aerial yoga practice, supported by the silks of the Yognasium, inviting laughter, trust, and a sense of wonder as you move, stretch and play together.

Following your practice, you’ll co-create flower crowns using fresh seasonal blooms, each one a living symbol of your unique bond and the beauty of spring. To capture this special day, photos are included, giving you lasting memories to cherish.

This experience is designed for children ages 5–11, and space is intentionally limited to just 6 mother-child duos to preserve the intimacy and magic of the gathering.

In the case of inclement weather, the experience will gently transition into a Mommy & Me mat-based practice held inside the cozy Bliss Bell Tent.

All supplies and yoga mats provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat.

Please bring a water bottle.

What to wear – please wear tops that cover your armpits and bottoms that cover to at least your knees.
