Mommy & Me Aerial Yoga
Sunday March 30th with Aviana Yoga @ Torus Center for Integrative Healing in Batavia
An aerial yoga class to be explored alongside a special little one in your life (ages 5 – 11). This class will include partner stretching with your child on the mat and in the air with the aerial yoga hammock! Each pair will share a hammock to dive into relaxation and imagination making mindful lasting memories together. A great class for mothers, aunts, nieces, daughters, grandparents and grandchildren!
Attire: Please wear tops that cover your armpits and bottoms that cover to at least your knees, please remove all jewelry and avoid wearing perfumes.
