Your journey begins with a series of gentle, easily accessible restorative yoga postures paired with a guided meditation to help you quiet your mind, soften your body, and create a sacred space for receiving the healing gifts of Reiki.
Then, surrender fully as you are cradled in the aerial yoga hammock, where you’ll receive an intuitive Reiki recharge from Reiki Master and Intuitive, Holly Johnson.
