Restorative Aerial Yoga

Restorative Aerial Yoga
Mondays @ 6 pm
Location: Torus Center for Integrative Healing in Batavia
Restorative Aerial Yoga is a deeply supportive and calming practice designed to soothe the nervous system, gently decompress the spine, and invite the body into a state of profound rest. Using a soft, low-hanging aerial hammock as a prop, the fabric cradles the body, allowing you to release tension without strain or effort.
This class moves slowly and intentionally, with longer-held postures that encourage deep relaxation, improved circulation, and a sense of safety within the body. The hammock provides gentle traction and support, making this practice accessible for all levels especially those recovering from stress, fatigue, or physical tension.
Expect a grounding experience that blends mindful breathwork, subtle movement, and guided rest. Restorative Aerial Yoga is ideal for anyone seeking nervous system regulation, emotional balance, or simply a quiet space to soften, restore, and reconnect.
No prior aerial yoga experience is required. Come as you are, and allow yourself to be held.
