Float into deep rest as the aerial yoga hammock gently cradles you just above the ground. With the support of bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll be guided into restorative postures designed to release tension and nourish every system of your body.

The afternoon begins with a grounding meditation and soothing essential oils to ease stress and invite presence. As you rest in the hammock, warm stones will be placed on key points of the body, melting away layers of tension while bringing comfort, balance, and a sense of being rooted to the earth.

Dress in cozy clothing to feel completely at ease. Stones will be placed gently over your clothing.
