Join us for a heart-warming afternoon of connection, self-love, and feminine nourishment at Torus Center for Healing in Batavia.
This intimate women’s gathering is an invitation to slow down and anchor into the frequency of love, for yourself, sisterhood, and the sweetness of life. We’ll begin by gathering in circle and opening sacred space with the gentle, grounding medicine of ceremonial cacao (pure hot chocolate), allowing its warmth to soften the heart and deepen our connection.
With cacao warming our hearts, we’ll intentionally share love around the circle and channel that energy into creating a personal essential oil blend, a take-home aromatic reminder of self-love, care, and devotion. Each blend will be crafted intuitively, guided by intention and the wisdom of the senses.
We’ll also delight in making delectable chocolate-covered strawberries, adding a playful and indulgent touch to the afternoon. While the strawberries set, you’ll be guided through a gentle, nurturing stretch session on your yoga mat, designed to release tension and invite ease into the body.
From there, you’ll be led into a guided relaxation to soothe the nervous system, restore the heart, and allow the body to fully receive. We’ll close the afternoon with a self-love letter writing ritual, followed by relaxed connection with the women in the circle as we enjoy tea and our homemade treats.
Come as you are. Leave feeling nourished, grounded, and deeply connected to yourself and to the circle that holds you.
Dress comfortably for movement and relaxation.
The yoga practice is beginner-friendly.
What to bring: Water bottle & yoga mat (or there are yoga mats available)

Ceremonial cacao is a gentle yet powerful heart-opening plant medicine. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a serious heart condition, or are taking MAO inhibitors, antidepressants, or medications that affect blood pressure or heart rate, please consult your healthcare provider before participating. You are always encouraged to honor your body’s wisdom and choose what feels most supportive for you. You can choose to omit the cacao from your experience at this event with no judgement and have a cup of tea instead while still sharing in the heart opening intentions of the group.
