Winter’s Wisdom Day Retreat: A Journey Inward for Self-Care & Connection

Embrace the stillness and reflective energy of winter with a transformative day retreat designed to help you slow down, listen deeply, and honor the season’s gifts. This day of self-care will guide you toward inner peace, better health, and renewed clarity.
We begin in a women’s circle, where we will cleanse our energy, open our hearts, and connect with one another in the supportive embrace of sisterhood. This connection will set the tone for a day of self-exploration and healing.
Next, we’ll move through an empowering yoga practice tailored to release stored emotions and clear mental clutter, allowing you to return to your true essence and deepen your connection to the wisdom winter is offering you.
Afterwards, we’ll channel what arose during our practice into a playful creative expression, where you can release yourself through various artistic mediums while sipping on nourishing herbal teas. A delicious, seasonal lunch will be provided, nourishing both body and spirit.
In the afternoon, we’ll dive into a workshop focused on the messages your body, mind, and spirit are yearning to share with you. This session will offer insight, inspiration, and clarity as you tap into your inner wisdom.
As we journey deeper inward, you’ll meet Dr. Rob Gregory, who will share with you the harmonizing and balancing qualities of acupuncture. You will learn how acupuncture can aid you in aligning more energetically with the cyclical nature of life and the seasons within. You will be guided into a comfortable restorative yoga posture, supported by a warm womb stone, aromatherapy, and soothing eye pillow. During this time, you’ll experience simply resting and receiving.
We’ll end our day with a final circle, sipping tea and sharing the wisdom and insights we’ve gathered together, leaving you feeling recharged, inspired, and deeply connected.
