We’ll begin with a gentle, all-levels yoga practice inside the cozy sanctuary of the tent. This slow, mindful flow is designed to awaken the body, release tension, and create space for ease and flexibility. With breath-led movement and supportive guidance, you’ll feel grounded, refreshed, and ready to step into the day feeling your best.
After our practice, we’ll transition into a relaxed, soul-nourishing hike through the scenic trails of Bliss Woods. Moving at a comfortable, conversational pace, this is a chance to soak in the fresh air, connect with the rhythms of nature, and enjoy meaningful connection with others in a light and uplifting way.
To complete the experience, we’ll bring warm tea or coffee (provided) along for the walk just bring your favorite tumbler and your good spirits. Sip, savor, and enjoy a few quiet moments or heartfelt conversations as we ease into the weekend together.
