Begin your day wrapped in serenity with a gentle, nourishing practice inside the Bliss Bell Tent, nestled within the natural beauty of Bliss Woods.
This beginner-friendly slow-flow class is designed to awaken the body with mindful joint mobility, gradually guiding you into simple, supportive postures that enhance flexibility, release built-up tension, and restore ease throughout the body. Each movement is intentionally paced to support nervous system regulation, helping you feel grounded, calm, and connected.
As you flow, you’ll be held by the peaceful rhythms of nature, the rustling leaves, fresh morning air, and soft light filtering through the trees amplifying the healing experience.
We’ll close with an extended, deeply restful relaxation, allowing your body to fully integrate the practice. Gentle sound healing will be woven in to soothe the mind, calm the nerves, and invite you into a state of profound peace and renewal.
Perfect for all levels, especially beginners or anyone seeking a slow, supportive, and retreat-style, soul-nourishing start to the day.
Dress for movement.
Mats and props are provided or you are welcome to bring your own.
