I came to Reiki through the medicine of horses — the same nervous-system-quieting presence that lives in them lives in this work. Touch (or hovering presence) that is steady, neutral, and clear. Nothing imposed.
I'm a Usui-Holy Fire III Reiki Master, an equine massage therapist, and a 200-hour yoga instructor. I weave breath, sound, and somatic awareness into every session so the body has full permission to soften.
You don't need to "do" anything. You just receive.

What you'll receive
- Receive Reiki I attunement from the Usui-Holy Fire III lineage
- Learn the history, principles, and ethics of Reiki
- Practice hand positions for self-healing and offering Reiki to others

- Receive a printed manual and a Reiki Level I practitioner certificate
Who this is for
This training is open to anyone called to the work — no prior energy-healing experience required. You'll leave certified to offer Reiki to yourself, friends and family, your own clients in a complementary practice, or simply to deepen your own daily spiritual hygiene.
Many graduates use Reiki I as the foundation for becoming yoga teachers, massage therapists, or simply more present partners and parents. The attunement itself is permanent.
