The Afternoon and Evening of
Saturday May 27th
Horse Medicine
Horse Medicine teaches you to be true to yourself beyond the false personas. As an Animal Spirit Guide, Horse reminds you to remain attentive and live in the present. Horses also support you in expressing the gratitude in your heart and reverence for life.
This will be an enlightening, yet playful afternoon and evening where we can take some time to make space to enjoy life with a little retreat away from the everyday hustle and bustle, it is easy to get stuck in a lack mentality when you keep yourself so busy trying to keep up that you can loose sight of the gifts of the season and the subtle ways that the earth shows us how to honor the cycles of life.
Taking some time to retreat to nature and to immerse yourself with other wonderful women will aid you in filling up your cup and allow you to feel more aligned with your true nature and the shifts you may need to make to honor your own cycles of life.
Our afternoon and evening will be full of wonderful and exciting things to enjoy the beauty of nature and connection with animals as well as each other. We will begin connecting in a circle to meet one another with open hearts and minds while discovering the medicine of the horse. Afterwards, we will prepare ourselves to connect mindfully with the horses by stretching our bodies and centering our hearts with a gentle yoga and meditation session, then we will mount our horses and ride off into the sunset together taking in all the scenery and inspiration, following our ride will enjoy dinner (provided) while we gathering around a bonfire to share stories and s'mores.
