SUP Class with Equipment Rental
An all levels SUP Yoga class designed to create improved flexibility, core stability, and balance while enjoying being on the water and soaking in the beauty of the foothills. A perfect way to get your day started. When checking out, please indicate which date you are registering for. Classes are currently available on Sundays form 9 - 10:15 am unless otherwise noted.
Class includes:
- An overview of proper paddling techniques
- A pre-paddle shore warm-up
- A paddle to the designated yoga zone for class
- Meditation
- Yoga practice
- Closing water meditation
- A relaxing paddle back to the launch site
Classes are dependent upon the pre-registration of at least 4 students in order to be held. If by 24 hours prior to the start time there are not 4 students pre-registered, class will be cancelled and you will receive a refund for that class.
Classes are also weather dependent. In the event that class needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be notified and you will receive a refund or a class credit.
