24 Hour Cancellation Policy
If the need arises to cancel or reschedule a session, you must contact Holly 24 hours prior to your scheduled time in order to reschedule. Credits will not be granted if the session is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Sessions purchased for the Shine winter season are only redeemable at Shine for private, semi-private, or private group sessions with Holly, they are not transferable to workshops, teacher trainings, or other instructors.
