Essential Oils for the Season
A workshop for how to incorporate essential oils into your daily lifestyle for the Fall/Winter seasons. We will be discussing oils for immune support, skin care, emotional support, and ways to embrace the gifts of the season through the essences of plants.
There will be gift ideas for loved ones or for yourself available for purchase or for order.
Dress comfortably, this is a relaxed atmosphere where we will also be exploring a couple of restorative yoga poses with the oils.
If you are new to essential oils, plan to drink lots of water as they are detoxifying and it will set you up for success in experiencing them this evening.
Everyone that attends will get to take home an Epsom salt foot soak to gift or indulge in themselves!
Holly Johnson has been working with essential oils for 16 years and has offered trainings to others in the use and application of essential oils for horse care, dog care, women’s hormonal support, nutritional support, and guidance to students and teachers of yoga in the application of the oils with a meditation practice.
This workshop is a occurring in a residence, a super cozy and beautiful residence overlooking the Fox River (you will fall in love with it and not want to leave ;-)). Parking is available in front of the house or directly across route 31 on Maplestreet.
