Ladies' Spa Night with Essential Oils

7 – 9 pm
Enjoy an evening of indulging in some relaxation while at the same time learn about essential oils. The best way to start to develop a relationship with essential oils is through experiences with them. During this evening you will have the pleasure of melting away your stress with a guided meditation while breathing in a calming aroma, followed by a soothing salt foot soak with essential oils to relax your muscles, while we discuss some of the applications and uses of several essential oils, then you can head on over to the kitchen to indulge in gourmet essential oil infused snacks. To top off the evening we will explore an aroma sampler of several different oils which we will discuss in further detail in order to send you home feeling euphoric yet educated.
Since I will be preparing some delicious snacks for us, please be courteous and reserve your spot ahead of time so that I know how much to make for everyone.

Holly Johnson has been working with essential oils for 16 years and has offered trainings to others in the use and application of essential oils for horse care, dog care, women’s hormonal support, nutritional support, and guidance to students and teachers of yoga in the application of the oils with a meditation practice.
Dress comfortably, or in pajamas if you'd like this is a casual, relaxing evening amongst ladies :-)
This workshop is a occurring in a residence, a super cozy and beautiful residence overlooking the Fox River (you will fall in love with it and not want to leave ;-)). Parking is available in front of the house or directly across route 31 on Maplestreet.
