February 6th New Moon Restorative Yoga & Salt Room Meditation

Celebrate the energy of the February New Moon of the year with a yoga practice overlooking the Fox River followed by a guided meditation in the healing salt room while lounging in anti-gravity chairs.
This class is a mat yoga class.
(sorry no aerial yoga hammocks at the Salt Escape...yet ;-))
Beginner friendly restorative class utilizing blankets and blocks for support in our postures in order to get our bodies in-tune with the rhythms of the moon. The New Moon is a time of grounding, inward reflection, and becoming calm and quiet in order to restore ourselves to our optimum health. At the conclusion of our practice, we will head into the Salt Room to relax to a guided meditation and then silence while we soak in the MANY benefits of the salt saturated space.
