Celebrate the energy of the FebruaryFull moon with a yoga practice overlooking the Fox River followed by a guided meditation in the healing salt room while lounging in anti-gravity chairs.
This class is a mat yoga class.
(sorry no aerial yoga hammocks at the Salt Escape...yet ;-))
Beginner friendly Vinyasa-style class to get our bodies in-tune with the rhythms of the moon. At the conclusion of our practice, we will head into the Salt Room to relax to a guided meditation and then silence while we soak in the MANY benefits of the salt saturated space.
