Stand Up Paddleboard yoga is the latest and greatest way to tap into engagement of your core, improve your balance, and enjoying lots of laughter as you perhaps topple into the water (which happens to the best of us, that's how we know you are truly finding your edge).
These classes are beginner friendly and accessible for all levels of yoga and stand up paddle experience.
