A class to energize the day! We will begin with our breath and an essential oil then warm up our bodies with movement and expand into a flow across our mats, once we are all warmed up and feeling good, we will spend some time stretching our muscles before relaxing in a closing meditation.
This class caters to all levels. Beginners are welcome and encouraged.
