This class is designed to help you relax and decompress from your week!
Join Reiki Master and International Yoga Teacher Trainer, Holly Johnson, for an evening that is sure to sweep you off your feet into a suspended state of relaxed bliss. This workshop will provide you with a gentle restorative practice supported with the aerial yoga hammock as well as additional props, and essential oils. The workshop will begin with a guided meditation followed by your asana practice, Holly will be moving from one person to the next providing reiki while in different restful asanas with the fabric.
This workshop is for you if you are looking for a way to unwind and destress and if you would like to invite a sense of peace, ease, and relaxation into your life. Through the use of energy healing, restorative asana, and essential oils you will be able to release tension, melt away worry, and allow your body the space and time it needs to decompress and come back into balance which is where it is able to facilitate healing.
