Kids Intro to Aerial Performance Sling

In this introductory workshop kids will be lead through fun and engaging signature poses in the air with more of a circus flare than traditional aerial yoga classes. By the end of the hour they will have plenty of fun skills to show off and feel empowered for the spotlight!
No experience is necessary. All levels of experience welcome. Kids ages 8+.
This class features a guest instructor Katlyn Moss.
Contraindications of Aerial Yoga and Aerial Performance Sling: Pregnancy, Glaucoma, Recent surgery (esp. shoulder, eyes, back, hips, hands or wrist), Heart disease, Very high or low blood pressure, Easy onset vertigo, Osteoporosis/bone weakness, Recent head injury, Cerebral Sclerosis, Propensity for Fainting, Carpal tunnel syndrome, Severe arthritis, Sinusitis or head cold, Hiatal hernia, Disc herniation or acute discogenic disease, Recent stroke, Artificial hips, Radiculitis (inflammation of nerve root in spine), Severe muscle spasms, Botox (within 24 hours)
Attire: Please wear tops that cover your armpits and bottoms that cover to at least your knees, do not wear perfumes and there will be all natural bug spray available on-hand as needed, please do not come to class with Deet bug spray that can get on the hammocks.
Weather: Events will be cancelled in the event of rain or high winds, a full refund will be provided to you if this occurs and you will be notified at least 4 hours before the event.
Due to limited space available for these classes, pre-registration is required with a 24-hour cancellation policy

Parking: Please park in order following the numbered parking spots to the side of the driveway, if all spots to the side of the driveway are taken, then park in the driveway.
