What kind of program is it?The 21-day Spring Cleanse is designed to support the body in a detoxification of the liver and gallbladder, for the shifting of the seasons through hydration, whole food nutrition, omission of several culprits for toxicity and inflammation, mindfulness, community, education and new-self commitments.
This cleanse is special because it goes beyond the body to include weekly meet-ups for education on local healthy food options, weekly action items to help you detoxify your home of harmful chemicals, support for freshening up your cabinets and closets, and will enhance your mindset through the use of daily mindfulness moments. Is there fasting involved?This program is presented as a 21-day nutritional cleanse. Through the use of healthy whole foods and lemon or grapefruit essential oils, we will support the body to detoxify the liver and gallbladder. The first week you will only be making changes to the first part of your day. The second week you will be adding on the middle of your day. By the last week, you will have a regimen to follow for the beginning, middle, and end of your day. While fasting definitely has its purpose in many ways for nutritional health, this cleansing program does not include fasting. You will be well fed throughout the 21-days.
