Do you LOVE teaching aerial yoga and find yourself bubbling on the inside from all of the joy that it stirs up inside you?  It is SUCH an amazing practice that has SO much versatility and potential to it.  Aviana Yoga is here to continue to help you to continue to grow and expand upon your aerial yoga offerings as an instructor.  

The Level Two training not only offers you the opportunity to continue to learn the goddess infused Aviana-style of aerial yoga, but also serves to connect you with other instructors of aerial yoga for community and expanded learning by hearing their stories from their journey as an instructor.
Who is this for?
  • Current Aerial Yoga Instructors
  • Teachers in Training for the Aviana Level One Teacher Training 
  • Those that have complete aerial yoga trainings with other programs
  • Those pursuing to become 100 hour instructors in aerial yoga

Prerequisites:
Level One Aerial Yoga Teacher Training from Aviana or Approved Aerial Yoga School

Curriculum:
- An Observation of the 10 Principles of Aviana Aerial Yoga

- A Deeper Exploration and Understanding of Aerial Asana

- The Art of Sequencing: How to structure classes to focus on different intentions and openings within the body

- Two 75-minute Master classes

- Adjustments and Modifications

- Practice with Sequencing and Adjusting

- Observation of the Industry of Aerial Yoga and Discovering your Presence in it with your AUTHENTIC Passion and Purpose
 
- Asanas/Exercises: Learn over 30 new asanas/exercises to enhance the development of your students as well as yourself 

- Partner Play with the hammock

- Sisters of the Silks Sharing Time: Explore practice teaching new sequences and share some of the new things you have explored with your own practice in order to receive feedback and guidance
