    May 26th
    The Sagittarius Full Moon is on May 26th, if you wish to arrive 1 night early to the home you may do so and Katherine Skaggs has offered to share a private Full Moon Gathering just for our group that evening at her GORGEOUS studio.  

    Please note if you wish to arrive 1 night early for an additional $99 if you are staying in the house or $33 if you are camping AND if you wish to attend a Full Moon ceremony at Katherine's home which would be registered for separately with her, no meals will be provided with the early arrival and the retreat does not officially start until the evening of the following day.

    You do not have to attend the Full Moon Ceremony if you choose to arrive early, you are welcome to relax at the property, go for a hike, or head to Old Town in Fort Collins to check out all the fabulous shops.  The retreat will not begin until 5:30 pm on Thursday the 27th, you may arrive as early as 3 pm. 

    Cancellation Policy

    Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centers. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

    IF YOU CANCEL THE YOGA RETREAT:

    90 days or more prior to the start of the yoga retreat, you receive:  Any money paid above the $500 non-refundable deposit, less a credit card fee of 3.5%, we cannot refund any travel costs incurred.
    40-89 days prior to the start of the yoga retreat, you receive:  50% credit of the cost of the full retreat toward another Aviana Yoga Retreat within 12 months, and will forfeit the remainder.  You are still responsible for the FULL cost of the training/retreat.  All payments must be received in full by 15 days prior to the retreat and any remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file on that date if not already paid.
    0-39 days prior to the start of the yoga retreat, you receive:  no refunds or credits will be given.

    IF WE CANCEL THE YOGA RETREAT:

    If we do cancel a trip due too few participants, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that Aviana Yoga must cancel a yoga retreat due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue / tour operator we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

    TRAVEL INSURANCE: The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase trip insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case:
    • You cancel your participation in the yoga retreat
    • Retreat is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, or not enough participants to run the trip
    • Lost baggage
    • Medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured
    We recommend TRAVELGUARD, which offers a variety of travel insurances, including the option for a comprehensive “cancel for any reason” policy. If you cancel your retreat – for any reason – your airfare, hotel, retreat costs, etc. up until 48 hours prior to travel, will be covered. This comprehensive package is called the ”Gold Package Cancel for Any Reason Policy”. You must contact Travelguard and purchase the policy within 15 days of buying your airline tickets or incurring any costs for any part of your travel. You can also just insure your air tickets. Travelguard can give you quotes for each scenario.​
