Save $5/session for purchasing a 10 pack of sessions for the season.
- 10 pack expires September 10th of 2021
- 24 hour pre-registration is required for the session you wish to attend (but the sooner the better to make sure you get a space)
- 24 hour cancellation policy applies
- There must be a minimum of 2 people registered for a session to run, if a session is cancelled due to low registration, it will NOT effect your 10 pack
- Sessions purchased with the 10 pack are non-transferable, but the 10 pack can be purchased as a gift for someone.
Get outside and embrace the beauty of nature while enjoying a practice with the aerial yoga hammock. Sessions are 1 hour in length and can be catered to the energy level you have for the day and any special requests or modifications you may need.
Reiki can be added on for an additional $10/person during the final meditation.
What you need:
- Yoga mat for the outdoors (if you do not have one, one can be provided)
- Attire: dress for the weather and be sure to wear a top covering your armpits and bottoms covering to your knees
- Water bottle
- Anything else you may need for your comfort outside
- Please remove all jewelry prior to class that may snag the fabric, including wedding rings.

Classes do require a minimum of 2 people in order to run and can accommodate a maximum of 3 people.

Classes are non-refundable, in the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, high winds, thunderstorms) classes will be canceled and you will be refunded or have the option to reschedule for a different day and time.
