Morning Tent Yoga Flow
9:15 - 10:15 am
Enjoy the songs of the birds, everything budding and blooming in the garden, and the rustling leaves in the trees while you connect with your body for a session of head to toe stretching and awareness.
This class is designed to ease you into the practice by mindfully awakening your range of motion through the joints and tuning into your breath. We then power up the practice with a bit more engagement and activation to help you feel the full expression of your body in motion. After we are all properly warmed up we will explore some deeper stretches with longer holds to improve your flexibility. Class then concludes with a guided relaxation.
This class caters to all levels. Beginners are welcome and encouraged.
