Stand Up Paddleboard yoga is the greatest way to tap into engagement of your core, improve your balance, and enjoy lots of laughter as you may topple into the water, which happens to the best of us, that's how you know you are truly finding your edge in your yoga practice.
These classes are beginner friendly and accessible for all levels of yoga and stand up paddle experience.

Classes are led by Holly Johnson, the very first yoga instructor to offer Stand Up Paddle Board classes on Horsetooth Reservior! She has been teaching Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga for over 5 years and offers you the professional guidance you need to have a safe and highly effective, while enjoyable, class. She not only will guide you with your optimum alignment for ease within each posture, but will help you tap into the soulful offerings of the water and the nature that surrounds you to aid in a deeper level of connection to your yoga practice and self growth.

**Pre-registration of AT LEAST 4 people is required 48 hours in advance in order for a class to be held, find a friend to register with to ensure the class time! **
Classes are Supported By: What's SUP Stand Up Paddleboarding based out of Loveland Colorado and servicing the Front Range for Paddleboard Rentals, Purchases, and Classes.

SUP Yoga Teacher Training

Offered through a 3-Day Intensive
Additional Training Hours to Be Completed Via
Training Modules and Practice Teaching Hours
To apply for the training you must have a yoga certification OR a solid yoga practice with a background in group fitness, or movement instruction of some kind. There is not time in this intensive to cover the basics of anatomy, the deeper understanding of asana, and the development of your familiarity with guiding others through movement.
Dates: May 25th - 27th
Times: 8:30 - 3:30 pm with a break for lunch
Cost: $895 (includes equipment rental fee)
If you have own board and paddle: $735
*Must be equipped with PFD and whistle, as well as, efficient anchor.
A $250 deposit is required to reserve your spot for the training. Spaces are limited.
Parking fee is NOT included
**Attendance to the training does not guaranteed certification as a SUP Yoga Instructor this depends on the completion of the additional training modules and proof of completion of practice teaching hours as well as proof of current CPR Certification**
