Day One: Foundation of Energy Awareness

Module One: Chakra Wisdom & Meditation

• Explore the 7 major energy centers
• Discover how imbalances show up emotionally and physically
• Guided chakra meditation and personalized affirmation workshop

Module Two: Discovering Energy & the Clairessences

• Learn about intuitive channels (clairvoyance, clairsentience, etc.)
• Practice energetic awareness through mini Reiki exchanges
• Introduction to pendulum dowsing and using it for energy work

Module Three: Creating Sacred Space with Aromatherapy

• Learn how to set a safe and intentional healing space
• Explore the energetic properties of essential oils
• Build a toolkit that resonates with your unique healing essence

Day Two: Attunement & Integration

Module Four: Preparing for the 21-Day Cleanse

• Guidance on the post-attunement energetic cleanse
• Design a personalized 21-day support plan to integrate Reiki into daily life

Module Five: Attunement Ceremony

• Receive your Level I Reiki symbols in sacred ceremony
• Deepen your connection through creative and meditative practices

Module Six: Reiki Exchange + Certification

• Practice giving and receiving Reiki in a supportive setting
